Yet years later she is so desperate to maintain her life that she kills Rob, then later insurance investigator Shazia (Kiran Sonia Sawar), her husband Anan (Anthony Welsh) and even their baby, before being undone by a guinea pig. Mia isn't driving when the cyclist is killed and she initially wants to call the police until Rob persuades her otherwise. No clear explanation has been given by the creators or director, and while these Redditors have various theories ("Because she SNAPPED!") we think the title is an emotional one that refers to Mia.
Unable to disguise her recollections of Rob's murder as well as old memories of the hit-and-run, Mia is led into an escalating murder spree with the hope of covering her tracks.
